chase h.q. font

recreation of the pixel font from taito's chase h.q. (1988).
this differs slightly from the "standard" taito font, most notably because of the lowercase, a slightly modified copyright symbol, "pointier" arrows, subtle spacing differences in the parentheses, and shorter/smaller slash/backslash.
only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
