splintered striper now also in german

my little splintered striper experiment, which originally appeared on 24 ways, is now also available in german on the webkrauts adventskalender, with umlauts and everything: splintered striper - Streifen machen schlank.

as a bonus, i also included a few additional "final thoughts" which i will work back into my english version.

many thanks to jens grochtdreis for proof-reading my initial translation - writing it made me realise how unfamiliar i am with using technical and web development terminology in what is, after all, my native language...
