arcade machine legal warning font (THIS SYSTEM IS TO BE USED ONLY IN JAPAN) from a well-known company. almost monospaced, but as the original cheated with the lowercase 'm', i further tweaked the width of some thinner characters as well.
designed to be used aliased at a size of 8 pixels (or multiples thereof).
