an admittedly hacky hommage to Brendan Dawes' Cinema Redux, using HTML5 video and canvas to take snapshots of a movie and collate them as a stacked filmstrip.
unfortunately, unless the video is hosted on the same domain, it's not possible to save the canvas back as an image because of its ridiculously restrictive security policy.
